Here's one of my latest craft projects - NO-SEW pet pillow. This was absolutely one of the most stupidly easy crafts I've ever done. I just bought two different fleece fabrics (polka dots and pink), in the required size of your animal. Since this was for Emily, it was on the lines of accommodating her full-figure. Place one fabric on top of the other, cut them the same size, then remove the corners, roughly 4" or 5" inches square. Then start clipping the fringe all the way around. I made my strips 5" long. After that, start double-knotting the top fringe to the one exactly below it all the way around till you have enough of a hole to fill the stuffing. I used polyester fiberfill, about 6 bags for this size. You don't want it too plump or it won't be nice and smooshy. When done filling, tie off the remaining fringe, and VOILA, you're done!

3 let me say this about that:
I saw you on One Pretty Thing and had to tell you I made one of these a month or so ago and my dogs love it! Last year I bought a twin size (yes, twin, possibly bigger) feather bed from an auction for $5. I kept it and couldn't figure out what to do until I saw the no-sew pillows. So I bought myself some fleece, in dog print of course, and made my dogs a bed. They both can sleep on it and still have room!
What a great idea. I keep thinking about buying a new dog bed but don't want to fork over the money. THis looks so easy. I'm gonna do it!
I know this will come in handy come x-mas time. Thanks for the instructions! ^^
